Sharon Garlough Brown is a spiritual director, speaker, and cofounder of Abiding Way Ministries, providing spiritual formation retreats and resources. She is the author of Shades of Light, the Shades of Light Study Guide, Remember Me, and the bestselling Sensible Shoes Series, which includes the spiritual formation novels Sensible Shoes, Two Steps Forward, Barefoot, An Extra Mile, and their study guides.

A gifted pastor, teacher, writer, and leader, AJ Sherrill has over 15 years of pastoral experience in diverse church settings across the nation. He is the author of Enneagram and the Way of Jesus, Quiet: Hearing God Amidst the Noise (2014), and Urban Disciple: Following Jesus through the Gospel of Matthew (2013). He currently is the lead pastor at Mars Hill.
