Free, 12-session educational program for family and friends of people living with mental illness such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism, personality disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and many others. Open to anyone in the diocese. Begins Feb. 7, 2019 (Classes will not be held the evenings of 4/4 or 4/18, so the program will conclude on 5/9.)
Hosted by Holy Family Catholic Parish, the series is being held by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Classes are taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there. Includes presentations, discussion and interactive excercises.
