In 1745, Handel penned what has rightly become his second most popular and beloved oratorio "JUDAS MACCABAEUS".
The pursuit of religious liberty and freedom depicted in this sacred masterwork are as relevant today as at its inception.
As one would expect from Handel, there are numerous notable nuggets formed as delicious arias and rousing "barn-door" works for chorus.
